3. What trade terms do you support?
We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:
- EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
- FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.
Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.
4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?
Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.
