Applications:
The box type resistance furnace is specially used for the laboratory of industrial and mining enterprises, universities and research institutes as the analysis of chemical elements and the high temperature heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts; it can also be used for sintering， dissolving, analyzing and other high temperature heating of metal, stoneware and ceramics.

Features:
☆It has high-precision intelligent digital display instrument. The temperature control system adopts microcomputer chip processor, with PID temperature controller, time setting, temperature difference correction, over-temperature alarm and other functions, has high temperature control accuracy.
☆The unique furnace door design makes the door opening operation safe and easy, ensuring that the high temperature hot air in the furnace will not leak.
☆The furnace is sintered by high-temperature refractory material. Between the furnace and the outer casing, is filled with insulation material.
☆ Excellent door seal minimizes heat loss and increases the uniformity of temperature inside the furnace.

Yes, all our dry cabinets and environmental chambers are fully customizable based on your technical specifications, capacity, materials (e.g., SUS304), and functional requirements (e.g., N₂ purge, heating, data logging).

2. What is the lead time?

• Standard models: 5–10 working days
• Customized configurations: 15–30 working days
Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and component availability.

3. What trade terms do you support?

We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:

EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.

Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.

4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?

Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.
