Do Not Sell Information

This notice explains how EJER TECH GROUP responds to rights concerning the sale, sharing or use of personal information for targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

1. We do not sell enquiry information for money

We do not sell names, business contact details, telephone numbers, email addresses or enquiry content to data brokers or advertisers in exchange for monetary payment.

2. Advertising measurement may be treated as sharing

Depending on the services enabled and your privacy choices, we may disclose device, browser, page, campaign and advertising-click information to analytics or advertising providers for measurement, attribution or targeted advertising.

Some U.S. state laws may define these disclosures as “sharing”, “targeted advertising” or a “sale” even when no money is paid to us.

3. Categories that may be involved

• Internet or electronic activity, such as pages viewed, browser type, timestamps and referring website.
• Advertising and campaign identifiers, such as UTM parameters, GCLID, MSCLKID or YCLID.
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address.
• Commercial information concerning products or services viewed or requested.

We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about an individual, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children where prohibited by law.

4. How to opt out

Where applicable, you may opt out of covered sharing or targeted advertising through the privacy controls provided on the website or by contacting [email protected].

Your request applies to the browser, device or identifying information that can reasonably be connected with the request. Clearing browser storage or using another device may require you to renew a device-level choice.

5. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we process a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for covered sharing or targeted advertising on the browser or device sending the signal.

6. Other privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may also request access, correction, deletion or portability, or appeal a decision concerning your request. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and request.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may request proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm the request directly.

7. Non-discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
